Dawna Hammers performs “Train of Love” (featuring Johnny Hoy and the Bluefish band) in a video she created while traveling to the 2026 Biennial in D.C.
I happened to see this video after listening to the words of her song three times and posting a comment on that section.
Seeing Dawna and her new husband helped me realize that her words go far beyond their marriage. I am so grateful this Music section has been added to the website. I enjoyed seeing this video after listening to the words of her song several times.
I love this song! As the new Membership Chair of NLAPW, I can truly relate to the words. It captures so beautifully my feelings about the Three C’s: Communication, Connection, and Compassion.
It brought tears of joy to my eyes after enduring some of the heartaches I have experienced. We can all be on board this train of love by understanding and embracing your words. It feels so good to experience the joy again of being a member of NLAPW.
I listened to it three times! I bought my ticket over 20 years ago, and I’m still on board. The good has arrived!
You have communicated with me, and I have connected with your words. Our lives have now become entwined.
