Artist’s Statement
Our environment depends on us to help keep it clean – not just for our pleasure but for the health of our planet. Living close by the Pacific Ocean, I see that not just human, but plant and animal life need clean oceans to survive. My goal is to help people realize that the trash they drop eventually flows to large bodies of water, creating toxicity in our oceans. My textile art reflects my conviction to this message.

It is a beautiful piece.
Bonnie,
What a gorgeous piece you created! So, so lovely!
Dear Bonnie,
I love your work and this piece really touches all the boxes for me and well as the message. Thank you for always doing such meaningful art.
Thank you so much Dorothy! I loved creating this work. It took me two years, but it was worth it.
What a lovely piece! It really does suggest the water, rippling into the shore. You are right. We are all (God’s Creatures) In this together.
Beautiful! And the huge scale contributes to its powerful message.
Powerful and beautiful!
Thank you so much! I loved creating this work. It took me two years, but it was worth it.
