April 28-May 1, 2016, hosted in Washington, D.C. within walking distance of Dupont Circle and many historical places.
The conference had 134 participants, including 77 members and 57 guests. Events took place in four venues in the Dupont Circle area: the DoubleTree, the First Baptist Church, the Woman’s National Democratic Club, and The Pen Arts Building and Art Museum. Fifty items were donated to the silent auction and 20 Pen Women had their books and art available for purchase at the Pen Women Treasures. Each Biennial participant received a copy of Joanna O’Keefe’s CD, “America at the Crossroads.”
